Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange it within 14 days of you receiving it (excluding final sale items, as described below). A credit in the amount of the purchase price will be applied to your account once we receive the returned item. Please note that items must be returned in original condition—items that show noticeable signs of use will not be eligible for a credit.
Is your kit missing something? If you’re otherwise happy with your purchase, please don’t return it. Contact us to let us know what you’re missing and we’ll be happy to send it to you.
To return an item, please contact us. We highly recommend you use an insured and trackable shipping method to return an item to us, as we will not be responsible for an item that is lost during shipping.
Final Sale Items
All downloaded products, such as our PDF sewing and knitting patterns, are final sale and cannot be refunded.
